Most of us had the same reaction when we saw Vybz Kartel video “Loodi“.. Who is “Shenseea”? Well she is one of Dancehall’s newest faces and she is here to stay!

Even though the Loodi deejay had a single out since September 2016 called “jiggle jiggle” which got positive feedback from fans, the upcoming star didn’t get her big break until the premiere of “Loodi” music video in October 2016.

Shenseea sat down for an interview with Winford Williams of OnStage where she spoke about her being in a choir before becoming a deejay, her up rise to stardom in one year, and the collab with Vybz Kartel that skyrocket her career. The Romeich Entertainment deejay told Williams that her team was contacted by So Unique Records to do a feature for Kartel’s song and she jumped at the opportunity.

She also spoke about her managing her personal life with her career, aspirations of becoming an international star, and when she would be pushing out her singing. The Loodi deejay also reveals that VP records is helping market her two songs even further.

“I’m learning about VP and their learning about Shenseea she says.

The “Loodi” music video has over 5.6 million views on Youtube and is growing rapidly since November last year. She also said the “Loodi” music video gained her a lot more fans as well as haters.
